1797 B-1, BB-73 Rarity 3. NGC graded EF-40. Light even toning. 9x7 Large Letters. A more than moderately smooth and lively example of this elusive Type with strong detail for the grade and a confident, no-compromises state of preservation where marks are negligible while eye-appeal takes center state. Everything you would want from the grade, and probably then some. Pop 50; 106 finer. The 1797 BB-73 dollar is usually seen with broad borders, a feature particularly noticeable on the obverse, where the denticles are prominently featured, but also to an extent on the reverse.
