北婆罗洲特许公司或英国北婆罗洲公司是一家特许公司，于 1881 年 8 月被指定管理北婆罗洲（今天的马来西亚沙巴）。北婆罗洲成为大英帝国的保护国，内部事务由该公司管理，直到 1946 年成为英属北婆罗洲的殖民地。主要座右铭是 Pergo et Perago（拉丁语），意思是“我承担，我实现”。公司第一任董事长是阿尔弗雷德·登特 (Alfred Dent)。
1882 年，北婆罗洲特许公司在加雅岛建立了定居点，一年后，特许公司被授权统治沙巴。然而，1897年，这个定居点在沙巴部落酋长马特·沙烈 (Mat Salleh) 领导的袭击中被烧毁，再也没有重建。这家公司也被称为“Syarikat Borneo Utara British”，因其征收的税款而受到当地人的批评。
建立法律和秩序以及从印度北部招募锡克教警察是 NBCC 发起的早期任务之一，此外还扩大了贸易、政府体系、执行法律和惩罚的法院以及修建从哲斯顿到丹南的铁路线鼓励当地农产品和农作物的收获和易货贸易以及种植园的建立。
