1797 S-128 R3 M over E in AMERICA Fair-2. Off Center. Nice glossy chocolate brown. The surfaces are smooth but there are three dull punchmarks on the reverse, one of them strong enough to create a bulge in the area above T in LIBERTY. A pair of fine scratches in the top of the wreath round out the marks on this heavily worn cent. EDS. Struck 15% off center to K-7.5 leaving the entire date off the planchet. Estimated Value $300-UP.
