AY K M OΠEΛ CEOVH MAKPEINOC CE, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind. Rev. MHTOΠ KAICAP / ET A, Mount Argaios. Sydenham - (no Didrachms listed); Berk BB 166, 578 var. (reverse legend) Extremely rare, one of just a handful Caesarean Macrinus didrachms known. Good very fine.
