1914,
CHINA. Kansu. Dollar, Year 3 (1914).

L&M-617; K-759; Y-407; WS-0706. Tooling is evident on the obverse where a scratch was smoothed out starting at 11 o'clock continuing through the forehead of Yuan Shih-kai. This piece has been sent to both NGC and PCGS neither of which would certify the coin. In our opinion the coin is perfectly genuine, displaying all of the correct diagnostics and characteristics for the issue. Future rejection from a third party grading service will not be accepted as a reason to return this coin in the future. Tooled. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
