Inscriptions are GETTYSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA, 2011 and E PLURIBUS UNUM. Lettering: GETTYSBURG PENNSYLVANIA 2011 E PLURIBUS UNUM Engraver: Phebe Hemphill Phebe Hemphill is an American sculptor who works for the United States Mint.
