亨利一世（英语：Henry I；约1068年–1135年12月1日），亦被称为儒雅者亨利（英语：Henry Beauclerc），是1100年至1135年在位的英格兰国王。亨利是征服者纪尧姆第四子，曾学习拉丁语并接受博雅教育。1087年，威廉死亡，亨利的长兄短袜罗贝尔和三兄红毛威廉分别继承了诺曼底和英格兰，但亨利却没有分到土地。亨利从罗贝尔那里购买了位于诺曼底西部的科唐坦郡，但在1091年，威廉和罗贝尔废黜了他对科唐坦郡的所有权。在与威廉结盟对抗罗贝尔的基础上，亨利逐渐恢复了自己的权势。在1100年，纪尧姆死于一场狩猎事故，亨利夺取了英格兰王位，并在加冕礼上承诺要更改威廉的许多不合民意的政策。亨利迎娶了苏格兰的玛蒂尔达，但还是和数以百计的情妇生有大量非婚生子女。

对亨利统治英格兰存有异议的罗贝尔于1101年进犯。亨利一世在国内励精图治。他于1106年渡海至法国，在坦什布赖战役中击败竞争对手、兄长诺曼底公爵罗贝尔二世·柯索斯，将其监禁至死。

1120年，其继承人威廉·艾德林溺死。亨利一世遂指定女儿、神圣罗马帝国皇帝海因里希五世的遗孀玛蒂尔达及其后夫安茹的若弗鲁瓦为继承者。但其死后王位实际落入他的外甥布卢瓦伯爵艾蒂安手中。
