1912-D Lincoln Cent. PCGS graded MS-65 Red. A nice strike with full mint red color. Bright coppery with lighter high points. A satiny gem that displays an endless amount of luster and physical strength. The strike is bold -- not bad for a date that is typically found "mushy". A diminished impression is again the usual outlook for a D-mint offering of this year, Mint State or otherwise, but in contrast, this lovely Gem was left very boldly detailed after the recoil of the sharp dies; a fortunate occurrence. Pop 104; 14 finer (PCGS # 2455) . Estimated Value $3,000 - 3,300. Categories:
