1850 C-1 R2 VF30. Sharpness AU50 but the obverse has been cleaned and retoned medium brown and light chocolate while the reverse is a nice glossy chocolate brown. In addition the obverse fields are covered with parallel hairline scratches that were carefully added to the fields but not the devices. The "why?" question remains unanswered.
