1787 Fugio Cent with Club Rays Newman 3-D Rarity-3 F15. Glossy medium chocolate brown with lighter brown toning on the devices. The surfaces are smooth and the eye appeal is quite nice for the grade. The notable defects are a small planchet void at the bottom of the last S in BUSINESS, a very shallow planchet void from the right side of the sundial to the first 7 in the date, and a nick hidden in the sun rays over the left side of the sundial. A minor planchet clip affects the rim under BUS in BUSINESS, as struck. Rare LDS with several fine die cracks on the obverse and clear die clashmarks inside ring #2. Weight 151.4 grains.
