Commemorative issue Civil War Obverse Features a tribute to the Civil War drummer boys. To the left of the drummer boy are the designer’s initials “DT” as well as the engraver’s initials “TJF” (T. James Ferrell). To the right of the drummer boy is the mint mark “S” for San Francisco.
