2.5 Dollar    (sold for $1250.0)

1929. NGC graded MS-64 CAC Approved. A nice frosty example. The deeply struck, gleaming surfaces are draped in vibrant reddish-golden patina and show minimal abrasions, hence the CAC approval. A sharp impression was left by the recoil of the dies that struck this 1929 Quarter Eagle, the last year of issue in the set (PCGS # 7953) . Estimated Value $1,100 - 1,200. Categories: $2.50 Gold
