Calendar year mintage 2,901,500, includes St George reverse design, 631 of this total went for pyx trial This is the second most difficult to acquire Victorian shield reverse for the Melbourne mint as the penultimate issue of this type. Again the calendar year mintage is on the high side, but the survival rate is very low, hence the rarity today. £3000-4000
