1847 N-24 R1. PCGS graded MS-65 Brown. Choice lustrous steel brown and chocolate with 10% of the mint color remaining on the obverse, at least 25% on the reverse. Essentially flawless in every respect offering outstanding eye appeal. The only mark, and it is microscopic, is a tiny tick on the tip of the coronet. M-LDS, die state c (Newcomb's old #25), with a die crack through the top of ME to the dentils on both ends. Our grade is MS63+, very close to MS64.
