1892-O. PCGS graded MS-66. The surfaces are snow-white and deeply frosted on this premier-year New Orleans Barber dime issue. Usually O-mint coins are found with a more subdued, satiny texture, however, on this example, both sides are gleaming white with no trace of color. The strike details are fully brought up, another uncommon trait for a New Orleans coin from this era. We theorize this one might have been a very early strike that has been carefully preserved over the years. Pop 7; 4 finer, 3 in 66+, 1 in 67. (PCGS # 4797) . Estimated Value $3,200 - 3,400.
