GERMAN NEW GUINEA. Enameled 2 Mark, 1894-A. CHOICE ALMOST UNCIRCULATED.
cf.KM-6. A German New Guinea 2 Mark piece which has been enameled on the reverse side (Bird of paradise side). An ivory hued background provides a nice contrast to the brilliantly multicolored bird of paradise. The enameling is of superior quality and problem free. The legend side of the piece features a lovely golden amber toning.
