DIVO–AVG / S-C , elaborately decorated and garlanded hexastyle temple of Divus Augustus, surmounted by a quadriga and other figures, before which stands Caligula, veiled and togate, his head turned to l., sacrificing from a patera over an altar, an attendant restrains a bull to l. and partly behind Caligula, a second stands on r., holding a patera.
