The strike is about average for this die pairing with some minor weakness at the centers and on the E of LIBERTY. Obvious evidence of die clashing is noted on the upper reverse. No surface issues are reported aside from the usual light ticks common to the assigned grade. Scarce and desirable at XF-45 grade level. Pop 18; 76 finer (PCGS # 38925) .
