Madr as Presidency, ½-Pagoda, 1808, triple-struck over another ½-Pagoda (1807?) and an 8-Reales, small letters, it is not possible to see if there is a stop after PAGODA due to the undertypes, three poles at the top of gopuram pointing to the O, rev four dots between the legs of Vishnu, one misshapen, one dot above his top (Pr 171; KM 354).Extremely fine for issue, weak spots due to the triple-stri ke.
