1856-S. PCGS graded AU-58. Partially lustrous yellow-gold with lively mint frost in the most protected areas. A tiny die defect is noted at bottom of second L in DOLLAR, this being seen on several others we have cataloged. No serious marks are present, only light wear from a short time in circulation.
