L&M-222; K-74; Y-145a.2; WS-0806. Old style dragon. Struck on a very well manufactured planchet giving a bright nearly mirror finish. With only light toning around the protected areas. An exceptional piece with massive eye appeal. This piece used as a plate example in "Top Chinese Coins" by Chou, Guth and Smith. Tied with one other non-prooflike piece in this grade, with four finer.
