During this reign coins are found with the mintname ‘Alamgirpur at the top and at the bottom. Coins with mintnames at the bottom, dating from 1096h, year 29, were struck at Bhilsa, which was renamed Alamgirpur in Aurangzeb Alamgir’s honour. Those with the mintname at the top were struck earlier, before the capture and renaming of Bhilsa, possibly at Mulher. £500-700
