1794 S-18a R6 Head of 1793, Edge Device of 1793 Fair-2. Glossy light chocolate and steel brown. No roughness or verdigris, but there are a few dozen tiny nicks or planchet chips scattered over both sides. Basically just well worn. The date is faint at best but portions can be made out with some effort. The portrait is complete and about half of the legends remain visible. The edge device is bold, including the leaf with down turned points following DOLLAR. Very nice for the grade. Estimated Value $1,500-UP. Categories: Liberty Cap Cents
