KM-121; Basso-43; cf.PNM#6-116; PNM#16-252; cf.Cacho-Type IX CS-070; Lopez-Chavez Yriarte-Type IV group A; Gil-Crown variety 5-4-3-III (1836). Type VI countermark crowned Y.II. within circle. On an 1822-MoJM Mexico Iturbide 8 Reales; small head, small eagle and abbreviated name. RARE with countermarks on both obverse and reverse. Countermark first applied to reverse then turned over and corrected by applying to the obverse nearly obliterating the first. Moderate even wear with several contact marks.
