1/2 Dollar    (sold for $460.0)

1892 Columbian Half Dollar. NGC graded MS-65. Lightly toned about the borders with slightly prooflike surfaces. In an old style holder. The Columbian was a prolific issue. That said, most were sold to the general public and to those who weren't coin collectors. Fast-foward to today and we find very few true Gems in the MS65 category have survived, with this being an entirely original, eye-appealing coin. It has all the virtues of its grade! Estimated Value $700 - 800. Categories: Commemorative Silver Coins
